The programme spans two years. Year 1 delivers the HNC (Level 4) and Year 2 completes the full HND (Level 5). A minimum of 16 modules are completed across both years.

Admissions

Entry Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following academic criteria. Each application is assessed individually by our admissions team.

Academic Requirements

  • A-level pass or equivalent qualification
  • BTEC Level 3 in business
  • Related Level 3 qualifications
  • Access to Higher Education Certificate
  • Related work experience (considered on individual merit)

English Language Requirement

  • IELTS 5.5 overall — reading and writing must be at 5.5
  • Equivalent demonstrated English proficiency accepted
  • Alternative assessments considered for non-IELTS applicants

How You Will Learn

Assessment

Pass Merit Distinction

All units are individually graded as Pass, Merit or Distinction. Assessment is mostly assignment-based, internally marked with external verification by Edexcel.
