I am Dr. Naeem Aslam.
My career began as a doctor, where I worked across the UK in different capacities. One thing that experience teaches is that while subject matter expertise is critical in the healthcare world, so is the importance of people – how we deal with human emotions, responsibilities, and relationships – in dealing with patients.
Today, as the leader of the NHS framework agency, I have overseen the deployment of over a million hours of professional care. I have joined Commonwealth College of Excellence as Director of Operations. I tend to apply my entrepreneurial and managerial skills to ensure that our staff, faculty, and students have an outstanding experience in the most creative and nurturing learning environment.
